ISTANBUL – BASEL – STRASBOURG – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL We arrive at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight to complete our baggage check-in, ticket, and passport control procedures, then we fly to Basel with Turkish Airlines on the scheduled flight TK1923, departing at 07:40. We arrive at Basel Airport at 09:45 local time and proceed to Strasbourg in our private vehicle waiting at the airport. Strasbourg, located at the intersection of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and also the largest city in the Alsace region, will greet us like a painting sprung from fairy tales. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988 and hosting the European Parliament since 1992, we will conduct a panoramic city tour on foot through the vehicle-free center of Strasbourg, where we will see places like Gutenberg Square and its statue, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the most significant structure in the city, and the Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city still serving as a hotel and restaurant. After the Strasbourg tour, we will have some free time before heading to our hotel in the Alsace region. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euros). During our tour, we will first go to Colmar, the fairy tale town, and see the Old Customs House, the Pfister House, and the colorful buildings around the Rhine River, along with the most famous part of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice). You will have the chance to enjoy many delicious foods according to your taste and buy many souvenirs in this unique atmosphere surrounded by the Rhine River and canals. The next stop of our tour will be Riquewihr, famous for its vineyards, flowered balconies, unique row of shops, and cobbled streets that cars cannot enter, along with its tower housing the Dolder Museum, which carries the city’s story to the present day, resembling the tales of Grimm. After our visit in Riquewihr, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Alsace region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest. ALSACE – HEIDI'S VILLAGES – (Milan Masterpieces & Como Tour) – MILAN After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will have a panoramic journey along the beautiful landscapes of Heidi's Villages, which left a warm smile in each of our childhood memories as our dear character Heidi, who lives with her grandfather and closest friend Peter in the Alps, comes to life in images we remember from cartoons. Afterwards, we will head towards Milan. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Milan Masterpieces & Como Tour (65 Euros). During this tour, our first visit will be to Como. Upon our arrival in Como, we will explore the famous Lake Como, which hosts the summer residences of Hollywood stars and European millionaires, known for its luxurious lifestyle and natural beauty, and we will take a photo break with the stunning views of the lake. After a free time in Como, we will move to the city center of Milan. Milan, one of Europe's fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as Italy's business and financial capital, Milan is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana among the main sights. After the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we will transfer to our hotel. We will check into our rooms and have free time to rest. MILAN – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – MILAN After breakfast, we will head to St. Moritz for the unforgettable and enchanting train journey we will take on the Bernina Railway. We will arrive in St. Moritz, an natural wonder and a favorite destination for jet set, and after a short tour and free time depending on the train departure time, we will reach the station for the Bernina Express / Red Train, where our enchanting and dream-like train journey will begin. Built between 1898 and 1904, this world-renowned track is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a fairy-tale journey where we will enjoy extraordinary views and have the chance to take photos. After approximately 2 hours of this pleasant train ride, we will arrive at Tirano Station and return to our hotel in the Milan area in our awaiting vehicle. MILAN – OUTLET – (Boat Tour to Portofino) – NICE After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to the outlet center for our visit. After enjoying shopping in the world-famous outlet center in Italy, which hosts prestigious shops, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, we will complete our tour and continue our journey to Nice. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Boat Tour to Portofino (65 Euros). Portofino, surrounded by colorful houses, is a place that has inspired songs and captivates visitors with its narrow streets, charming houses, green hills, and the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. After our visit to Portofino, we will continue our journey to Nice. After arriving at our hotel in Nice and checking into our rooms, we will have free time to rest. NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour) After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish may participate in the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euros). We will first head to Cannes, famous for hosting the annual Cannes Film Festival and known for its sparkling sea and golden sandy beaches. During our city tour in Cannes, we will see the old town, which is the first settlement of the city, where we will stroll through its narrow, winding, and traffic-free streets and have the chance to see souvenir shops and make purchases. After exploring Cannes' La Croissette Boulevard and Meynadier Street, which host many luxurious restaurants, shops, and hotels, we will head to Nice. In our Nice tour, we will see Promenade des Anglais Avenue, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, Flower Market, and the Palace of Justice among the main attractions. After the Nice tour, during the free time given, guests can opt for the extra Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euros). In this tour, our first stop will be Eze Village, known for its stunning Cote d’Azur views where we will visit a perfume factory where you can test and buy beautiful and famous perfumes at reasonable prices. After this tour, we will move to Monaco, the world's second smallest state after Vatican, where we will take a panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the focal point of luxury and grandeur. After the tour, we will return to our hotel in the Nice area. NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to Geneva. During our journey, accompanied by magnificent nature views and the sight of Mont Blanc, known as the roof of Europe, we will have the opportunity to participate in the optional Annecy Tour (50 Euros) for those who wish. Annecy, known as the "Venice of the Alps" due to its canals and Thiou River, impresses visitors with its extraordinary layout situated between mountains and lakes. During our visit to Annecy, we will see the 17th-century Château d'Annecy, St. Maurice Church, and the Palais de l'Isle, a popular spot for photographers. After a short free time on the shores of Lake Annecy, we will complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. After arriving at our hotel in the Geneva region and checking into our rooms, we will have free time to rest. GENEVA – (GOLDEN PASS Express Train to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairy Tale Castles Tour) – (Gruyeres Tour) – BERN – ALSACE / BASEL After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will hold a city tour. Geneva, known as the "French part of Switzerland", is a marvelous city located on the shores of Lake Geneva, where history, culture, science, and nature come together. With many international organizations' headquarters (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) located in Geneva, the city holds a central role in culture and administration. During our visit, we will explore St. Pierre Cathedral, the iconic Jet d'Eau fountain that rises to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument among the main sites to visit. After the city tour, we will head to Bern. Guests who wish may join the optional GOLDENPASS Express Train Tour to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairy Tale Castles Tour (95 Euros). Our first stop will be Lausanne, a city that holds significant importance in our national history as it is the host of the Lausanne Agreement signed on July 24, 1923, and is also one of the important bishopric centers of the Middle Ages. With its castles, palaces, cathedrals, and museum buildings from the Middle Ages, Lausanne takes visitors deep into history, further enhanced by its location on the shores of Lake Geneva. After completing our tour in Lausanne, we will move to Montreux. Known for its historical castles, palaces, and natural beauty, Montreux is also recognized for the statue of Freddy Mercury, making it an important city in the music world. After completing our tour in Montreux, we will embark on an extraordinary journey through the Swiss Alps on the GOLDENPASS Express. Our train journey from Montreux will reveal breathtaking views of the lake and mountain silhouettes that will leave you in awe. After finishing this scenic train journey near Gruyeres, we will continue our journey to Bern. Guests wishing to participate may join the optional Gruyeres Tour (40 Euros). Chosen as Switzerland's most beautiful village in 2014, Gruyères is the birthplace of the world-famous Gruyère cheese and is a fairy-tale village that has preserved its medieval character. It is situated at an altitude of 800 meters and is car-free. After our tour in Gruyeres, we will complete our trip and arrive in Bern. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages. Due to its historical framework, it is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located within Switzerland and recognized for its German-speaking culture, the influence of German culture is apparent in Bern's architecture. We will conduct a city tour in Bern along the Aare River before heading to our hotel in the Alsace / Basel region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check-in and have some free time to rest. ALSACE / BASEL – ISTANBUL After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to Basel Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete our baggage check-in, check-in procedures, and passport control before departing for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines on flight TK1924 at 10:40. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 15:50 local time, concluding our tour.
