1st DAY ISTANBUL – BARCELONA
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, 3 hours before flight time. After luggage and ticket procedures, flight with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight to Barcelona. Upon our arrival panoramic city tour of Barcelona. As the capital of the Catalonia Autonomous Community and the second largest city in Spain, known for the magnificent works of famous architect Antoni Gaudi, it attracts four times as many tourists as its population due to its unique artworks. Afterwards, we will head to the Gothic Quarter, where we will visit the Barcelona Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus, and the most famous street in the area, Carrer del Bisbe, then have free time for dinner. 2nd DAY BARCELONA
After breakfast, guests who wish can participate in our guide's extra organized Girona & Figueras & Mercat de la Boqueria Tour (85 Euro). We will start our tour in Girona, situated along the banks of the Onyar River, reminiscent of Florence at first sight, and is the richest city in the region. Girona is a charming medieval city with narrow streets and a cathedral, and has served as the shooting location for the film "Perfume." In the panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah Houses, Jewish Quarter, Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we will head towards the City of Figueras, accompanied by the view of the Pyrenees mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it has inspired the limitless painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. Here we will visit the museum house decorated by the famous surrealist painter "Salvador Dali" himself. This museum, which houses artworks valued at millions of dollars, depicts his immortal love Gala and challenging pieces. After our visit, we will have free time. Then we will move to the famous shopping street La Rambla in Barcelona. Our next stop is the Mercat de la Boqueria, located on La Rambla, the most touristic street in Barcelona. Known as the most famous shopping spot in Spain, and means "market" and "marketplace" in Spanish, "mercat" is one of the most unique places you can experience the shopping culture in the country and see the habits of the locals. We will give free time here. In the evening, guests who want to spend time in an entertaining environment can participate in the extra organized Flamenco Night (55 Euro). Accommodation at our hotel.
3rd DAY BARCELONA – MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Madrid with our private bus. En route, guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Zaragoza Tour (30 Euro), arranged by our guide. During our tour, we will see Ebro River, the main cathedral of the city, Pilar Cathedral, La Seo Cathedral, San Pablo Church, Plaza Espana, and Pilar Bridge. After the tour, we will continue our way to Madrid. Our panoramic Madrid city tour will begin with Plaza Mayor, a large square that features 136 buildings and opens to 437 balconies. Bullfights and people burned at the inquisition were once watched from these balconies. The heart of the city, Puerta Del Sol, the large square called Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace's public address place Plaza De Orient, the Alcalá Gate built as the entrance to showcase the city's wealth, Gran Via with its gallery ceilings, Plaza Colon and Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument will be among the sights to see. 4th DAY MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Toledo Tour (70 Euro). Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, is one of the most significant cities on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The country’s most magnificent cathedral, hosting the works of world-renowned painters, has become one of the world’s most reputable museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to remain unchanged since the 16th century. It is a tourist pilgrimage site with structures that carry traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascene shops, and of course, the famous cathedral. Another tradition in Toledo is the manufacture of marzipan, dating back to the time when Arabs conquered the city. No visit to Toledo is complete without tasting this mouthwatering candy. After a walk in the Jewish quarter, we shall return to Madrid. Accommodation at our hotel.
5th DAY MADRID – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, depending on the flight time, transfer to Madrid Airport. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, departure to Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
