All reservations made through our website are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below.
1. Reservation and Payment
To confirm the reservation, the specified advance payment must be made. Reservations without advance payment may be canceled by the system.
2. Cancellation Conditions
The following conditions apply to cancellation requests made by guests:
- For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, the total amount paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations made 15 – 29 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made 14 days or less before the check-in date.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved, using the same method as the original payment.
4. Change Requests
Requests for changes to reservation dates will be evaluated based on availability. If a price difference occurs, it will be charged to the guest.
5. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, official restrictions, or situations beyond the control of the parties, reservations may be postponed to a later date or the refund process will be evaluated mutually.
6. Cancellations by the Establishment
In necessary situations, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, the full payment made by the guest will be refunded or alternative accommodation will be offered.
7. Early Departure
No refunds will be made if the guest leaves the property before the completion of their stay.
