IZMIR – LISBON
We meet at the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal at least 3 hours before our flight. After completing our baggage check, ticketing, and passport control procedures, we fly to Lisbon with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1561 at 18:55. We arrive at Lisbon Airport at 21:45 local time, and we will be transferred to our hotel by our vehicle waiting at the airport. Check-in to the rooms and free time to rest.
LISBON – SINTRA – CABO DA ROCA – ESTORIL – CASCAIS – LISBON – SEVILLA
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we proceed with our Atlantic Coast Tour, which includes Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Estoril, and the town of Cascais. Our first stop will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will greet us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses reminiscent of castles, and cobblestone streets. However, the most important feature that allowed the town to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Era. After our tour of Sintra, we will head to our next stop, Cabo da Roca, known as the "End of the World," which is the westernmost point of the European continent. After a short break for you to take photos of the famous beaches that are a hotspot for surfers and the ocean, we will continue our tour with panoramic sightseeing in the fishing town of Cascais and Estoril, known for its SPA and thermal hotels, parks, and golf courses, as well as being famous for the Casino sections in the first Bond novel, Casino Royal, and known as the most famous resort area referred to as Lisbon's backyard. At the end of the tour, we head to the Lisbon city center to organize our city tour. Lisbon, Portugal's capital, like Istanbul, has two sides and is also the 6th most visited city in Europe throughout the year. Having been ruled by the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and eventually Portuguese, Lisbon has a historical background that goes back to 1200 BC, hosting many historical artifacts. During our tour in Lisbon, Rossio Square and St. George's Castle located in the historical part of the city, as well as the Santa Justa Elevator, will be among the main places to visit. After the city tour, we offer free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, we will see the Belem Tower, which was built during the Age of Discoveries and symbolizes Portugal, and the Monument to the Discoveries, where free time will be provided for photo stops. Afterward, we will explore Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon's Champs Elysees, famous for its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, allowing us to discover Lisbon from different perspectives. After the tour, we move to Sevilla. After arriving at our hotel in the Sevilla region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
SEVILLA – CORDOBA – (Mosque & Cathedral Tour) – (Sevilla Masterpieces Tour) – (Flamenco Show)
After breakfast, we head to Cordoba. During our panoramic city tour of Cordoba, established during the Roman Empire and the largest city in Europe under Islamic rule in the 10th century, we discover a city where we can still see the Islamic influences, and which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1984. In the city center, we will see Alcazar De Los Reyes Cristianos, the Royal Palace, and the Roman Bridge, all with a history of over 1000 years. After our visit to Cordoba, we offer free time, during which guests can join the Mosque & Cathedral Tour (45 Euro) if they wish. In this tour, we visit the Mosque & Cathedral, which is the 3rd largest mosque in Islamic history and is one of the two largest examples of Spain's Maghreb past, making it an attraction in its own right. The structure, which has transitioned between Islam and Christianity for centuries, is now used as a Catholic church. After the tour, we return to Sevilla. In Sevilla, with the free time offered, interested guests may join the Sevilla Masterpieces Tour (55 Euro). Sevilla, the most populous and developed city in Andalusia, owes its rich and exotic cultural history to the period of North African Muslim rule. We explore Sevilla accompanied by beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. Among the highlights during our tour are Plaza de Espana, where some scenes of Star Wars 2 were filmed, the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower), which was originally built for defense but later used as a prison, and the Sevilla Cathedral, which is the 3rd largest Gothic cathedral in the world and has been on UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1987, and Maria Luisa Park. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in the Sevilla region for some rest time.
SEVILLA – (Ronda Tour) – MALAGA – GRANADA – (Sacramento & Gypsy Show)
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we set out towards Malaga. Interested guests may join the optional Ronda Tour (50 Euro). Ronda is famous for its narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses, and it is divided by the El Tajo Canyon. At the bottom of the canyon, 120 meters deep, the Guadalevin River flows. The Puento Nuevo (New Bridge), Plaza De Toros, Old Town, Santa Maria la Mayor Church, and Mondragon Palace are places we will see from a panoramic perspective during our city tour. After the tour, we continue our journey toward Malaga. Upon our arrival in Malaga, we will have a panoramic city tour. Malaga is the second most populous city in Andalusia and the 6th in Spain, located on the Costa Del Sol coastline. Due to its advantageous location, it is an important holiday route in the Mediterranean. During our city tour, we will see sights such as Malaga Cathedral, which serves as a sign that Muslim rule has ended and is still partially completed to this day, Palacio de la Merced, and Torre de la Vela, which has become a symbol of Malaga. After the Malaga city tour, we head to Granada. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Granada region, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest. In the evening, we will conduct the optional Sacramento & Gypsy Show (45 Euro) program for interested guests. We will watch a Gypsy Show in Sacramonte, one of the oldest settlements in Granada with its white houses, where we can observe and take photos of the red walls of the Alhambra Palace from various angles. After the show, we return to our hotel.
GRANADA – (Alhambra Palace) – VALENCIA
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we move to organize our city tour in Granada. Granada, located at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, is one of the most touristy cities in Spain. Throughout its rich history, Granada has been significantly influenced by the Romans and the Umayyads and is home to the Alhambra Palace. During our panoramic tour, we will see places such as the statue of Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus, Grand Via, La Rambla, and the Town Hall Square in the historic Andalusian/Granada streets. After the city tour, we offer free time, during which interested guests can join the optional Alhambra Palace Tour (65 Euro). The Alhambra Palace, which is not only one of the most extraordinary memories of Al Andalus but also of all Islamic history, famous for its arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The tour includes entrance fees (subject to availability of the palace and excluding entrance to the harem; it is recommended to make a reservation in advance). After the tour, we proceed to Valencia. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Valencia region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
VALENCIA – BARCELONA – (Fiesta Barcelona Tour)
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we organize our city tour. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the Gothic Cathedral, Valencia Cathedral, the medieval walls surrounding the old city, Torres de Serranos, Reina Square, Marques de dos Aguas Palace, and Town Hall Square. After the tour and some free time, we depart for Barcelona. Upon arrival in the city center of Barcelona, interested guests can join the optional Fiesta Barcelona Tour (55 Euro). During this tour, we visit Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum and festival village concept, where typical architectural examples, craft workshops, works of art, and traditional cultural elements from different regions of Spain, created for the World's Fair in 1929, come together. Poble Espanyol, which is lively throughout the year with various music, dance, street performances, and cultural activities, and hosts restaurants providing a unique experience, allows visitors to witness all the characteristic elements of Spain. After our visit and free time, we head to our hotel in the Barcelona region. Upon arrival, we check into our rooms and enjoy free time to rest.
BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – (Girona & Figueres and Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, interested guests may join the optional Barcelona Icons Tour (65 Euro). Our tour begins with a trip to Carmel Hill, where we can enjoy the magnificent view of the city and visit Park Guell, designed and constructed by Antoni Gaudi. "Entrance fee included," the park, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1984 and enchants visitors with its vibrant colors and designs inspired by nature, allows time for photos and exploring. Next, we will see Casa Mila (Gaudi's House), one of Gaudi's most important architectural contributions. We will finish the tour with a walk around La Sagrada Familia. Following this tour, we provide free time, during which interested guests can join the optional Girona & Figueres and Dali Museum Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop will be Girona, the largest city in Catalonia, which captivates visitors with its museums, galleries, Gothic-style architectural works, and narrow, labyrinthine streets lined with walls. In Girona, we will photograph the colorful houses along the Onyar River, take a walk in the old town square surrounded by the city walls, and stroll along Libertat Street, which is closed to vehicle traffic and leads into narrow, labyrinth-like streets. We will complete our tour with a panoramic view of Girona Cathedral. We then head to the second visit location in Figueres, home to the Dali Museum, which was designed by Salvador Dali for displaying his works during his lifetime. After a brief tour of Figueres, we will visit the Dali Museum (entrance fee included in the tour price) and embark on an art tour with our guide, showcasing 4000 of Dali's works. After this tour, we return to our hotel in the Barcelona region.
BARCELONA – (Barcelona Local Neighborhoods Tour) – MADRID
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head towards Madrid. On the way, interested guests can participate in the optional Barcelona Local Neighborhoods Tour (45 Euro). Our tour will cover sites including Barcelona Cathedral, Paral-Lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, City Hall, Plaza Real, and the market La Boqueria. After this tour, we offer free time before continuing our journey to Madrid. Upon arrival at our hotel in Madrid, check into our rooms, and enjoy free time to rest.
MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – (Segovia Tour) – SALAMANCA
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we head to organize our city tour in Madrid. Interested guests can participate in the optional Toledo Tour (50 Euro). Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is one of the most important historical and tourist cities in Spain, known as the "city of knights," where people of three major religions have coexisted peacefully. The city's main river, the Tajo, runs through it. Toledo served as the capital of the Spanish Kingdom for a long time and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its designation as one of the largest medieval cities in the world, protecting its heritage. The birthplace of Don Quixote's author, Cervantes, Toledo is home to the Cathedral of Toledo, which was once a mosque and is now the 3rd most important cathedral in the world housing some of the most expensive works of art. During our tour, we will see significant locations such as San Martin Bridge, workshops and shops where Damasquinos (Damascus work) are created. After this tour, we arrive in Madrid and embark on our city tour. The capital of Spain and also the third largest city in the European Union, Madrid is considered the country’s political, economic, and cultural center. During our tour in Madrid, we will see sites such as Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala. After the Madrid city tour, we move toward the Salamanca region. Interested guests may join the optional Segovia Tour (50 Euro). Segovia is known for its historical heritage, which led to its inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985. Renowned for its narrow streets, historic squares, and magnificent monuments, Segovia is one of the most beautiful and special cities in Spain. Among the primary sights to see during our panoramic city tour are the Roman Aqueduct, which has stood in the city center since the 2nd century, the elegant Segovia Cathedral, and the picturesque Alcazar de Segovia, known for inspiring fairy tale castles. After the Segovia Tour, we continue our journey to Salamanca. Upon arrival at our hotel in Salamanca, we will check into our rooms and enjoy free time to rest.
SALAMANCA – PORTO – (Porto Masterpieces and Boat Tour) – (Fado Show)
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we proceed to organize our city tour in Salamanca. Salamanca is situated in northwestern Spain, by the banks of the Tormes River and is home to the first university in Spain and the oldest in Europe, established during the Carthaginian period and continuing to the Roman period. Known for its rich historical and cultural heritage, Salamanca was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988. During our tour in Salamanca, we will visit the Plaza Mayor, considered one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, and have a short free time. We then proceed to Porto. Upon our arrival at our hotel in Porto, we will check into our rooms and enjoy free time to relax. During this free time, interested guests can join the optional Porto Masterpieces and Boat Tour (65 Euro). During the Porto Masterpieces tour, we will see the 1st Dom Luis Bridge, designed by Gustave Eiffel, Douro River, Ribeira of Porto, Porto and San Francesco Cathedrals, Porto Square, and the Lion Fountain, Freedom Square, and the Sao Bento Train Station known for its blue and white ceramic mosaics, among others. After the tour and some free time, we will take a boat tour along the Douro River, where we can enjoy stunning views of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia on the opposite bank. After this, we will provide free time in Porto city center, where interested guests can join the optional Fado Show (45 Euro). In this program, we will listen to Fado music, known worldwide for its emotional and melancholic laments sung by sailors' wives in Portugal. After the show, we return to our hotel.
PORTO – (Obidos and Outlet Tour) – LISBON – IZMIR
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we depart for Lisbon Airport for our return flight to Izmir. On the way, interested guests can participate in the optional Obidos and Outlet Tour (50 Euro). In the medieval town of Obidos, where the cobbled streets and fortifications evoke Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic architectural features, we will visit the Roman-origin Obidos Castle, the Church of St. John Baptist, and the main street known as Rua Direita. After the Obidos Tour, we provide some free time before moving to the outlet center. At the outlet center, which hosts stylish stores of world-renowned brands, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, we will enjoy free time for quality and reasonably priced shopping. After our time at the outlet, we leave for Lisbon Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete our baggage check, check-in, and passport control procedures. Then, we fly back to Izmir with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1562 at 22:45. We arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 05:00 TRT, concluding our tour.
