ISTANBUL – MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – GRANADA We are at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal ready for our flight, 3 hours prior to our flight time for luggage check-in, ticket, and passport control procedures. We will then fly to Madrid with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1099 at 09:50. Arriving in Madrid at 13:25 local time, we proceed towards Granada. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Toledo Tour (50 Euro). Upon arrival in Toledo, we will organize our tour. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is considered one of the most important historical and tourist cities in Spain where people from the three major religions live peacefully together. It is also known as the “city of knights.” The city is crossed by the Tajo River, the largest river of the Iberian Peninsula. The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time and has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as one of the largest medieval cities in the world and is now under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. The Toledo Cathedral, which took about 270 years to build, was once a mosque and now houses some of the world’s most expensive works, is accompanied by San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascus Work), workshops, and shops where golden craftsmanship is made; these will be seen panoramically in our tour. After the tour, we continue our journey to Granada. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Granada region, we can check into our rooms and have free time to rest. GRANADA – (Alhambra Palace) – CORDOBA – (Córdoba Mosque & Cathedral Tour) – SEVILLA – (Flamenco Show) After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will conduct our city tour in Granada. Located on the fertile lands at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada is one of the most touristic cities in Spain. We will see remarkable influences from the Romans and the Umayyad dynasty, and during our panoramic tour in the city, we will visit the statues of Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus, Gran Via, La Rambla, and the Town Hall Square among the streets of historical Andalusia/Granada. After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Alhambra Palace Tour (65 Euro). We will visit the Alhambra Palace, one of the most extraordinary memories of the Islamic history, known for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, which is also included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. “Admission fee included” (subject to availability of the palace and does not include hareem admission). After the tour, we proceed to Córdoba. Guests who wish can join the Córdoba Mosque & Cathedral Tour (45 Euro). During our tour, we will visit the Córdoba Mosque & Cathedral “admission fee included.” Being the third largest mosque in terms of size in Islamic history and one of the two largest examples of the Maghreb past in Spain, this architectural wonder is used as a Catholic church today after centuries of switching between Islam and Christianity. Following the tour, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Córdoba, where we will explore the city that was established during the Roman Empire, and in the 10th century Islamic state, became the largest city in Europe. We will see panoramically the Alcazar De Los Reyes Cristianos, Royal Palace, and Roman Bridge, which has a history of over 1000 years that still shows Islamic influences, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1984. After our visit to Córdoba, we move to Sevilla. Upon reaching Sevilla, guests can spend their free time, and those who wish can join the optional Flamenco Show (60 Euro). Known as the outcry of the lower class to the upper class, the world-renowned Flamenco show will be presented after which we will transfer to our hotel in the Sevilla region, check into our rooms, and have free time to rest. SEVILLA – (Seville Masterpieces Tour) – LISBON – (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour) After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, there will be free time and guests who wish can participate in the optional Seville Masterpieces Tour (65 Euro). Sevilla, the most populous and developed city in Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period of the Moorish Muslims from North Africa. We carry out our panoramic city tour amid beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. During our city tour, we will see the Plaza de Espana (Spain Square), where some scenes of Star Wars 2 were filmed, the twelve-sided Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) which was built for defensive purposes but later used as a prison, the world’s third-largest Gothic cathedral, Sevilla Cathedral, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987, the Giralda Bell Tower, and María Luisa Park among the panoramic sights. After the Seville tour, we proceed to Lisbon. Upon our arrival in Lisbon, there will be free time and guests who wish can join the optional Lisbon Masterpieces Tour (55 Euro). Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, has two banks like Istanbul and is the 6th city in Europe that attracts the most tourists throughout the year. Governed by Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, this city has a rich history dating back to the 1200s and hosts many historical monuments. During our tour in Lisbon, we will visit the historical part of the city which includes Rossio Square and St. George's Castle, which are the key sights. After the city tour, we will have free time in the city center. Continuing our city tour, we will see the Belem Tower, which was built during the age of maritime discoveries and symbolizes Portugal, and the Monument to the Discoveries, followed by a break for photographs. Next, we will visit Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon's Champs Elysees with its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, providing an opportunity to explore the city from different angles. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in the Lisbon area. Check-in to our rooms and enjoy free time to rest. LISBON – (Great Lisbon and Atlantic Coast Tour) – OBIDOS – PORTO – (Fado Show) After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will head towards Obidos. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Great Lisbon and Atlantic Coast Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop on the tour will be the town of Sintra. Sintra welcomes us with its boutique shops, castle-like colorful and decorative houses, and cobblestone streets. However, the most significant feature that allowed the town to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List was its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After our Sintra tour, we will proceed to our next stop, Cabo da Roca, known as “The End of the World,” the westernmost tip of the European continent. After a short break here for photographing the famous beaches that are a stopover for the ocean and surfers, our tour will continue with a panoramic sightseeing in Cascais, a fishing village, and Estoril, known as Lisbon’s backyard and renowned for its spa and thermal hotels, parks, and golf courses as well as the sections of the Casino from the first Bond novel, Casino Royale. After our tour ends, we continue our journey to Obidos. Surrounded by walls atop a hill, the medieval town of Obidos, which gives visitors the experience of Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic architectural features with its cobblestone streets, includes significant spots such as the Roman-built Obidos Castle, the Church of St. John the Baptist, and Rua Direita, which is the main street. Following our Obidos Tour, we will proceed to Porto. Upon our arrival in Porto, we will conduct a panoramic city tour during which we will see the 1st Dom Luis Bridge, designed by Gustave Eiffel, who also designed the Eiffel Tower, Douro River, Porto Ribeiras, Porto and San Francisco Cathedrals, Porto Square, the Lion Fountain, Liberty Square, and São Bento Train Station, famous for its blue-and-white ceramic mosaics, and Bolsa Palace. After the city tour, we will have free time in the city center. During this free time, guests who wish can participate in the optional Fado Show (45 Euro). We will enjoy the emotionally charged and melancholic laments of the sea captains’ wives, which generated and became globally famous through Fado music. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and have free time to rest. PORTO – (Salamanca Tour) – MADRID After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will start our journey towards Madrid. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Salamanca Tour (50 Euro). Salamanca, located on the banks of the Tormes River in northwest Spain, hosts the first university in Spain and the most ancient in Europe, the University of Salamanca, with its varied historical wealth from the Carthaginians to the Romans, making it an active culture, trade, and tourism city. During our environment tour and our short free time at Plaza Mayor, which is among the most beautiful squares in Europe, we will complete our tour and continue our journey toward Madrid. Once we arrive in Madrid, we will conduct a city tour. As the capital of Spanish Kingdom and the third largest city in the European Union, Madrid is regarded as the country’s political, economic, and cultural center. During our city tour, where modern architecture integrates with statues, monuments, and natural beauties, we will see Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala panoramically. Following the city tour, we will have short free time before transferring to our hotel in the Madrid area. After checking into our rooms, free time to rest. MADRID – BARCELONA – (Barcelona Masterpieces Tour with High-Speed Train Transfer) – (Fiesta Barcelona Tour) After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we will transfer to the Barcelona area. Guests who wish can join the optional High-Speed Train Transit Barcelona Masterpieces Tour (95 Euro). In this program, we will set off for a comfortable journey of 3 hours with a high-speed train to Barcelona from Madrid. Upon arrival at the train station in Barcelona, we will start our tour with our guide. (This tour will be conducted based on the number of participants. The tour guide will accompany guests purchasing the High-Speed Train with Barcelona Masterpieces Tour program on the high-speed train to Barcelona.) After the Barcelona Cathedral, we will see the Paral-Lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, the City Hall, Plaza Real, and the market-La Boqueria. After the Barcelona Masterpieces Tour, there will be free time, and guests who wish can join the optional Fiesta Barcelona Tour (55 Euro). In this tour, we will visit the open-air museum & festival village concept, Poble Espanyol, which was built for the 1929 World Fair, featuring typical architectural examples from different regions of Spain, craftsmanship workshops, art pieces, and traditional cultural elements. After our visit to Poble Espanyol, which offers a unique experience of various music, dance, street performances, and cultural activities year-round along with restaurants, we will return to our hotel in the Barcelona area. Once we arrive at the hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest. BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – (Figueres & Dali Museum Tour) After breakfast, we will have a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Barcelona Icons Tour (65 Euro). In this tour, we will first explore Park Guell, designed and built by Antoni Gaudi, at Carmel Hill, from where we can enjoy the magnificent view of the city. “Admission fee included,” and after visiting this UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984, known for its vibrant colors and figures inspired by nature, we will have free time for photos and sightseeing. Next, we will see Casa Mila (Gaudi’s House) and take a walk around La Sagrada Familia to conclude our tour. Guests who participate in the Barcelona Icons Tour will also have free time, and those who wish can join the optional Figueres & Dali Museum Tour (75 Euro). In the first part of our tour, we will head towards Figueres, home to the museum designed by Salvador Dali from the theater building where he placed his works during his life. We will perform a short environment tour and visit the Dali Museum “admission fee included,” where we will enjoy a guided artistic journey showcasing around 4000 of Dali’s works. After the tour, we will return to the hotel. BARCELONA – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL After breakfast and the hotel check-out procedures, we will head to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Outlet Tour (25 Euro). Our visit to the outlet center, which features many prestigious brands’ elegant stores, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, offers a delightful and affordable shopping experience. After our visit, we will continue to the airport. Upon our arrival at the airport, we will complete our ticket, luggage check-in, and passport control procedures before departing for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1094 at 16:10. We will arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:45 local time, concluding our tour.
