ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – SIENA – ROME We will be present at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight to complete our ticket, baggage check-in, and passport procedures, and then we will fly to Bologna at 12:40 with Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1217. We will arrive in Bologna at 14:20 local time and then head to Siena with our private bus waiting for us. Siena is famous for its narrow streets from the Middle Ages, small alleys, and Campo Square, which is considered the largest square in Europe. After a pleasant tour of Campo Square and the narrow historic streets leading to this square in Siena, we will head to our hotel in the Rome area. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest. ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour) After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join our extra organized Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euros). Our first stop will be Nemi, known for its mountain strawberries, also called the "Strawberry Village," which hosts an annual strawberry festival. After our tour in Nemi, where we will enjoy the narrow streets leading to the squares and the charming views of the lake and valley mixed with the smell of strawberries, we will take you on a historical journey through Rome, known as Urbs caput mundi or "the city in the center of the world," with its art, history, music, shopping, sun, and cuisine. The masterpieces created by competing architects draw thousands of tourists to the city every season, and Rome can accommodate these crowds without overwhelming them with all its beauty and aesthetics. Among the places that will be viewed during our tour are the Colosseum, which became a symbol of the city and hosted gladiatorial contests during the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, where it is believed that tossing a coin will bring you back to Rome, the famous Spanish Steps adorned with street artists, Piazza Pietra, and Piazza Popolo. After finishing the tour, we offer free time in the city center at the Pantheon. During this free time, guests who wish can join our extra organized Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour (65 Euros). Our tour will start with seeing Castel Sant’Angelo – the Castle of Angels and Navona Square, and then we will visit the Vatican/San Pietro, the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. We will enjoy free time at Saint Peter’s Square, which hosts the largest cathedral in the world, St. Peter's Basilica, where thousands of Catholics gather for prayer and where the Pope greets the crowd on special occasions. After this free time, we will begin our tour of the Local Neighborhoods of Rome. In this tour, we will immerse ourselves in the life of the Roman people, feeling like true residents. We will visit Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Ghetto districts, known for their cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many other small and charming shops that provide the real flavor of Italy. After our walking tour through the maze-like narrow streets, we will complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome area. ROME – NAPLES – (Amalfi Pearl Sorrento or Lunch Included Pompeii Tour) – ROME After breakfast, we will head to Naples. Upon arrival in Naples, we will have a panoramic city tour where we will see Castel Nuovo, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After the city tour, there will be free time during which guests who wish can join our extra organized Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euros). Our tour will begin with lunch at a local restaurant. We will visit Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in A.D. 79, destroying the city. After lengthy excavations by archaeologists starting in 1748, the city was uncovered in all its glory. Our visit to the Ancient city of Pompeii will conclude our tour. Alternatively, guests may join our extra organized Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (80 Euros). Sorrento, known for its prehistoric history, combines Italian character and charm with Mediterranean style to mesmerize visitors with its small tourist boutiques, stunning coastlines, breathtaking views, and the famous Italian lemon liqueur, Limoncello. After our city tour and sightseeing in Sorrento, we will offer free time. After the tour, we will return to our hotel in the Rome area. ROME – (San Gimignano Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to Florence. On the way, guests who wish can join our extra organized San Gimignano Tour (50 Euros). San Gimignano is known as the “Beautiful Towers Village” because it has managed to preserve its medieval architecture and appearance to this day. Due to wars and natural disasters, 14 architectural masterpieces remained of the 76 towers, and we will carry out an environmental tour of the square, where we will be able to see panoramically the 14 magnificent towers, giving you a sensation of time stopping as we travel back to the Middle Ages. After our visit, we will continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will conduct a city tour in Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the birthplace of Pinocchio. During our tour, we will see the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore, which stands out with its orange dome, the fourth largest cathedral in Europe. One of the remarkable features of the cathedral is the bronze door known as the "Gates of Paradise,” which depicts the stories of prophets mentioned in the Quran. We will also see Giotto's Bell Tower, which was once used to summon the people to Parliament, the Piazza della Signoria, which has been the political and social center of Florence for centuries and houses Michelangelo’s famous David statue, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), known for its antique and jewelry shops. After the city tour in Florence, we will head to Pisa. Upon arrival in Pisa, our tour will include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and the Miracoli Square. After a short free time for photo opportunities, we will transfer to the hotel in the Florence area. After checking in, we will have free time to rest. FLORENCE – (Cinque Terre Tour by Train) – (Portofino Tour by Boat) – MILAN After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to Milan. On the way, guests who wish can join our extra organized Cinque Terre Tour by Train (65 Euros). Cinque Terre is a region in Italy’s Liguria coast, known for its colorful houses, terraced hills along the coast, and seaside villages. Its narrow streets, coastal views, and preserved architecture are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The region offers easy access between the villages via hiking trails and train connections. Our tour will take place in one of the five villages that give Cinque Terre its name, followed by our continuing journey to Milan. Guests can also opt for our extra organized Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euros). Known for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and turquoise Mediterranean, Portofino has inspired many songs with its remarkable beauty. After our visit to Portofino, we will continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at the Milan area hotel, we will check in and then have free time to rest. MILAN – (Milano Masterpieces Tour) – COMO – (Lugano Tour) – OUTLET After breakfast, we will head to Como. En route, guests who wish can join our extra organized Milano Masterpieces Tour (55 Euros). Known as one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan stands out with its cuisine, opera, and churches. Even though it is recognized as Italy’s business and finance capital, it is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our tour, we will visit the famous La Scala opera house, Duomo Square and Cathedral, Porta Romana, the primary attractions of the city. After the tour, we will continue our journey to Como. Upon arrival, we will visit Lake Como, known for hosting vacation homes of Hollywood celebrities, European billionaires, and jet-setters, and enjoy the stunning scenery with a photo stop. After the free time in Como, we will move to the outlet center to visit. On the way, guests who wish can join our extra organized Lugano (Switzerland) Tour (45 Euros). In this tour, we will take a tranquil walk along Lake Lugano, located within Swiss borders, capturing the incredible nature and beautiful scenery with photographs. After the tour, we will continue to the outlet center. We will offer a delightful free time for shopping at the outlet center, home to many prestigious brands, stylish stores, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, before returning to our hotel in the Milan area for a time to rest. MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands Tour by Boat) After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head to our hotel in the Venice area. On the way, guests who wish can join our extra organized Verona Tour (50 Euros). Verona, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, is famous for hosting the second-largest amphitheater in Italy after the Colosseum and for being home to Romeo and Juliet, written by the famous English author Shakespeare, which narrates the ultimate love story known worldwide. We will conduct a panoramic town tour of Verona, which will include the main square Via Mazzini and Erbe Square surrounded by many shops, cafes, and stores and we'll also see Verona Cathedral. After completing this tour, we will continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice area. On the way, guests can join our extra organized Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands tour by boat (125 Euros – Vaporetto transport fees included). During our tour in Venice, we will first see the iconic sites including San Marco Square, San Marco Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, historic Campanille Bell Tower, followed by a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice connected by bridges along narrow canals. Continuing our tour, we will have the Colorful Islands program where we will be able to see the Venetian island from the lagoons from various perspectives. We will visit Lido and Murano islands, and the charming fishing village of Burano Island, known as one of the world's ten most colorful places due to its lace. After the tour, we will reach our hotel in the Venice area, check in, and have free time to rest. VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will move to Bologna Airport for our flight to Istanbul at the time set by our guide. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete our baggage check, ticket, and passport control procedures, and fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1218 at 15:25. We will arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:55 Turkish time, marking the end of our tour.
