IZMIR – BARCELONA
At Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport's International Departures Terminal, we will be present 3 hours before our flight to complete our luggage check-in, ticket, and passport control procedures. We will fly directly to Barcelona on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ894, departing at 18:55. We arrive at Barcelona Airport at 21:35 local time, and after being greeted by our vehicle at the airport, we will transfer to our hotel. Check-in to rooms and free time to rest.
BARCELONA – (Barcelona Local Neighborhood Tour) – (Fiesta Barcelona Tour)
After breakfast, we have all day free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Barcelona Local Neighborhood Tour (45 Euros). This tour includes visits to Barcelona Cathedral, Paral-lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, City Hall, Plaza Real, and the market La Boqueria. After this tour, guests can also join the optional Fiesta Barcelona Tour (55 Euros). In this tour, we visit Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum and festival village concept created for the World Expo in 1929, which brings together typical architectural examples, craft workshops, works of art, and traditional cultural elements from different regions of Spain. After experiencing Poble Espanyol, which offers visitors an opportunity to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with various music, dance, street performances, and cultural activities, we will return to our hotel in the Barcelona area after some free time.
BARCELONA – (Girona & Figueres & Dali Museum and Outlet Tour)
After breakfast, we provide a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Girona & Figueres & Dali Museum and Outlet Tour (95 Euros). Our first visit is Girona, the largest city in Catalonia, known for its museums, galleries, and Gothic-style architectural works, with narrow cobblestone streets rising around its walls. During our visit to Girona, we will see the colorful houses lining the banks of the Onyar River and take photos, and take a stroll down Libertat Street in the old town square, which is closed to traffic and has narrow labyrinth-like streets leading off it. We will see Girona Cathedral panoramically before proceeding to our next stop, the Dali Museum in Figueres. We will take a brief tour around Figueres, where Salvador Dali was born and designed the theatre building to house his works, before visiting the Dali Museum (entrance fee included in the tour price) and embarking on an artistic journey through Dali's 4000 works in the museum, accompanied by our guide. In the final part of our tour, we visit an Outlet Center, which houses many prestigious and well-known brand stores, cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas, and we will have free time to shop comfortably and affordably. After this free time, we will complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Barcelona area.
BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons Tour) – VALENCIA – (Dinner with Paella and Valencia Night Tour)
After breakfast, we head towards Valencia. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Barcelona Icons Tour (65 Euros). Our tour first takes us to Carmel Hill, where we can admire the magnificent view of the city, and then we will visit Park Guell, designed and constructed by Antoni Gaudi, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1984. With its vibrant colors and nature-inspired figures, this park transports visitors to a fairy-tale land, and we will have free time for photography and exploring the surroundings. Next, we will see Casa Mila (Gaudi's House), one of Gaudi's most significant contributions to city architecture, and take a walk around La Sagrada Familia before ending our tour. After the tour, we continue our journey to Valencia, where we will arrive at our hotel for check-in and free time to rest. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Dinner with Paella and Valencia Night Tour (65 Euros). During this tour, we will explore Valencia, Spain's third-largest city, known for its blend of historic and modern architecture, under the enchanting evening lights. After enjoying dinner at a local restaurant renowned for its Paella, we will provide free time in the harbor area and famous beach shore before returning to our hotel.
VALENCIA – MADRID
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we will conduct a panoramic city tour of Valencia. Our city tour will include visits to major sights such as the Gothic Cathedral, Valencia Cathedral, the Medieval walls surrounding the old city, Torres de Serranos, Reina Square, Marques de dos Aguas Palace, and Town Hall Square. After the tour, we will head towards Madrid. Madrid, the capital of Spain and the third-largest city in the European Union, is considered the country's political, economic, and cultural center. During our city tour of Madrid, we will panoramically view places such as Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala. After the city tour, we will have a short free time before transferring to our hotel in the Madrid area. Check-in to rooms and free time to rest.
MADRID – (Toledo Tour) – GRANADA – (Sacremento & Gypsy Show)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will head towards Granada. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Toledo Tour (50 Euros). Upon arrival in Toledo, we will conduct our tour. Founded by Jews in 590 BC, Toledo is one of the most important historical and tourist cities in Spain, where people of the three major faiths coexist peacefully. The Tajo, the largest river on the Iberian Peninsula, flows through the city, which was once the capital of the Spanish Kingdom. Included in the UNESCO World Heritage List due to its historical significance, Toledo was the birthplace of Don Quixote's author, Cervantes. Panoramic sights during our tour will feature the Toledo Cathedral, Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, the Royal Palace, the Roman Bridge, and workshops and shops where Damasquinos (Damascus work) gold handicrafts are made. After the tour, we continue our journey to Granada. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour. Established on the fertile lands at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada is one of Spain's most touristic cities. Having been influenced mainly by the Romans and Umayyads throughout its rich history, Granada hosts the Alhambra Palace. During our panoramic tour, we will see notable places including the statue of Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus, Grand Via, La Rambla, and City Hall. After the city tour, we will transfer to the hotel. Check-in to rooms and free time to rest. In the evening, guests wishing to do so can join the optional Sacremento & Gypsy Show (45 Euros). In Sacramonte, one of Granada's oldest neighborhoods, we will watch a Gypsy Show while enjoying distant views of the red walls of the Alhambra Palace from winding, steep, and stair-filled streets. After the show, we will return to our hotel.
GRANADA – (Alhambra Palace) – MALAGA – (Ronda Tour) – SEVILLA
After breakfast and check-out procedures, guests who wish can join the optional Alhambra Palace Tour (65 Euros) during available free time. We will visit the Alhambra Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Arabic architecture, pools, and gardens. (The visit is subject to palace availability and does not include the harem entrance.) After the visit, we will head towards Malaga. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Ronda Tour (50 Euros). Ronda is famous for its narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses, located on a promontory split in two by El Tajo Canyon. The Guadalevin River flows at a depth of 120 meters at the bottom of the canyon. During our city tour, we will see places such as Puento Nuevo (New Bridge), Plaza De Toros, Old Town, Santa Maria la Mayor Church, and Mondragon Palace panoramically. After the tour, we will continue our journey to Malaga. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour. Malaga is the second most populous city in Andalusia and the sixth in all of Spain, located on the Costa Del Sol coast. Thanks to its advantageous location, it is one of the important holiday destinations of the Mediterranean. Highlights of our tour will include Malaga Cathedral, Plaza de la Merced, and Torre de la Vela, the symbol of Malaga, among many others. After the Malaga city tour, we will head towards Sevilla. Upon arrival in the Sevilla region, we will check-in to our hotel and have time to relax.
SEVILLA – CORDOBA – (Córdoba Mosque & Cathedral Tour) – SEVILLA – (Flamenco Show)
After breakfast, we will move towards Cordoba. During our panoramic city tour, we will explore Cordoba, which was founded during the Roman Empire and was the largest city in Europe under Islamic rule in the 10th century. During our tour, we will see highlights of the city including Alcazar de Los Reyes Cristianos, Royal Palace, and the Roman Bridge, all reflecting the Islamic influences present in the area. After our visit to Cordoba, guests wishing to do so can join the optional Córdoba Mosque & Cathedral Tour (45 Euros) to visit the Mosque-Cathedral, which is the third-largest mosque in the Islamic world in terms of size and is one of the most significant remnants of Spain's Maghreb past. The building has transitioned back and forth between Islam and Christianity for centuries and is currently used as a Catholic cathedral. After the visit, we will return to Sevilla to conduct our city tour. Sevilla, the most populous and developed city in Andalusia, owes its rich cultural history to its control by North African Moors. During our city tour, we will explore the stunning cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. Tour highlights include Plaza de Espana (Spain Square), which was used for filming some scenes from Star Wars 2; the octagonal Torro del Oro (Golden Tower), which was originally built for defense and later used as a prison; the Cathedral of Sevilla, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and since 1987 included in the UNESCO World Heritage List; and Maria Luisa Park. After the tour, during a short free time in the city center, guests who wish can join the optional Flamenco Show (60 Euros). Known as the voice of the lower class to the upper class, the globally famous Flamenco show will conclude with transfers to our hotel in the Sevilla region. Free time to relax.
SEVILLA – SINTRA – CABO DA ROCA – ESTORIL – CASCAIS – LISBON – (Dinner with Lisbon Night Tour) – (Fado Show)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will head towards Lisbon, visiting the Atlantic Coast Tour including Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Estoril, and Cascais. Our first stop will be the town of Sintra, known for its boutique shops, castle-like colorful and ornate houses, and cobblestone streets. However, the most important feature that led to Sintra being included in the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic period. After exploring Sintra, our next destination will be Cabo da Roca, known as "The End of the World," which is the westernmost point of the European continent. After a short break to take photos of the famous beaches that are popular among surfers and the ocean, we will continue our tour with panoramic views of Cascais, a fishing village, and Estoril, known for its spa and thermal hotels, parks, golf courses, and is recognized as Lisbon's backyard since it features the casino scenes from the first Bond novel, Casino Royal. After concluding this tour, we will reach Lisbon city center. During the free time provided here, guests who wish can join the optional Dinner with Lisbon Night Tour (55 Euros). During this tour, we will first proceed to the Tagus River shore, panoramically following Cais do Sodré and Ribeira das Naus. The illuminated coastal road presents Lisbon's modern face in a pleasant evening atmosphere. Next, we will see the surroundings of Alfama, which are not included in our daytime visit, panoramically and observe the illuminated silhouette of the narrow streets that reflect the city’s traditional texture. Afterward, we will look at the evening ambiance of Praça do Comércio from the outside; with its yellow arcades and the river’s illumination, it offers one of the most impressive nighttime views of Lisbon. After the night tour, we will have dinner in a local restaurant and conclude the tour, offering free time before providing an optional Fado Show (45 Euros). During this tour, we will listen to Fado music, which emerged from the emotional and melancholic laments of sailors’ wives unique to Portugal. After the show, we will transfer to our hotel in Lisbon, check in to rooms, and have time to relax.
LISBON – (Lisbon Masterpieces Tour) – OBIDOS – PORTO
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will head towards Obidos. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Lisbon Masterpieces Tour (55 Euros). Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, like Istanbul, has two shores and is the sixth most tourist-attracting city in Europe throughout the year. Managed successively by the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and finally the Portuguese, Lisbon is home to many historic sites dating back to 1200 BC. During our city tour, we will visit Rossio Square and the historic area where St. George's Castle is located, and the Santa Justa Elevator. After the city tour, we will have free time in the city center. While continuing our city tour, we will see the Belem Tower, which was built during the Age of Discovery, symbolizing Portugal, as well as the Monument to the Discoveries, with a short photo break provided. Then we will explore the Avenida de Liberdade, known as the "Champs-Elysées of Lisbon," famous for its cafes, high-quality shops, and restaurants. After the tour, we will continue our journey to Obidos, a medieval town surrounded by walls, characterized by cobbled streets, and exhibiting Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic period architectural features. During our visit to Obidos, major sites will include the Roman-origin Obidos Castle, the Church of St. John the Baptist, and Rua Direita, which is the main street and attracts the most visitors. After the Obidos tour, we will proceed to Porto. Upon arrival in Porto, we will check in to our hotel and have time to relax.
PORTO – (Porto Masterpieces Tour) – IZMIR
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will depart for Porto Airport for our return flight to Izmir. Along the way, guests who wish can join the optional Porto Masterpieces Tour (55 Euros). Porto, a historical city located on the banks of the Douro River in northern Portugal, is on our panoramic tour of the city, where we will see the UNESCO-protected historical texture and iconic structures. First, we will proceed along Avenida dos Aliados, one of Porto's widest boulevards, with its granite-stoned historical buildings and city hall views included in the panorama. Next, we will see the exterior of São Bento Train Station. The blue-and-white azulejo tiles on the station's interior walls depict scenes from Portugal's history. Then we will panoramically see Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), which is one of the city's highest points and a great spot for photography of Porto's historic center. We will continue along the colorful Ribeira neighborhood with its narrow streets and traditional houses, and then we will see the UNESCO-listed Luís I Bridge panoramically. The iron structure of the bridge constitutes one of the city's most recognized silhouettes. From there, we will reach the area around Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello, where the tower will be viewed panoramically from the outside and the exterior of Lello will be a perfect photo opportunity. We will conclude the tour by visiting the Bolhão Market and the surrounding commercial axis. This area, where local products are sold, is one of the places where we can observe daily life in Porto. After the Porto Masterpieces Tour, we will continue to the airport for our journey. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete our ticketing, luggage check-in, and passport control procedures before flying back to Izmir on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ849, departing at 18:20. We will arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 00:45 local time, concluding our tour.
