16- Wtatil is not responsible for those who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these operations on time but do not board the plane. All expenses for guests who miss their flights for participating in the tour, including obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the visited area, etc., will be borne by them.

26- Requests related to rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by Wtatil. Every effort will be made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfast served at hotels may vary from the rich breakfast traditionally offered in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

Guests acknowledge that they have accepted the potential crowding and bed types in the standard room due to the additional beds required for reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children to stay with adults and their ages are inaccurately declared by guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.
